Vienna is a right place to begin studying gastronomy. It would be too easy if Viennese cuisine would contain only schnitzel, tafelspitz and apple strudel, wouldn’t it? After we visited all federal states of Austria, we also realized how wrong some people are who equate Viennese and Austrian cuisine.
A few years ago we expanded our horizons to the Alpine cuisine - it includes cuisines of Austria, Switzerland, some regions of Italy, France and Germany. It is very entertaining and interesting to travel, to get to know new people and their culinary traditions that were passed from generation to generation, to be present in the preparation of regional products and to discover something completely new.
Food photography captivated us very quickly, we were curious to invent compositions and to transmit not only the image of the dish by also its taste through the photo. Some time ago we started to shoot for magazines, restaurants and grocery stores.
Cooking for us - it is an incomparable pleasure. And for that reason after each recipe we wish you only one thing – enjoy it!
