70 g sugar
150 g flour
1/8 l white wine
1 kg apricots
Separate white from yolk. Beat up whites with a pinch of salt. Mix yolks with sugar, add white wine and flour, then gently mix with whipped whites.
Wash apricots, cut in half and get its seeds. Hear oil in the frying pan and fry apricots halfs prevously dipped in batter till light brown in colour.
Sprinkle fried apricots with icing sugar.
