Cream soup with zucchini

1 onion
3 zucchini
1 potato
700-750 ml vegetable stock
5 tbsp cream
olive oil
salt, pepper


Wash and clean vegetables and cut into cubes. Fry in olive oil onions first, then zucchini and potatoes. Pour vegetable stock and cook until tender.
Puree and stir in cream, salt and pepper well.
