1 tbsp pumkin seed oil
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped and roastes pumpkin seeds
Cut onions innto half rings and fry in butter. Mix with oil, milk, parsley and seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in the pan and keep on heat until cooked. Before serving one can sprinkle omelette with pumpkin seed oil.
