Pears in caramel sauce

500 g Nashi pears or Büscheli pears
½ lemon, cut in slices
½ vanilla pod
½ cinnamon stick
75 g sugar


Wash pears. Caramelise 50 g of sugar and deglaze with 35 ml of water. Put pears, spices, remaining sugar and 250 ml of water in the pot and simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

Then cool and serve cold.
