Sunday's pie with berries

Ingredients:

for a baking pan 20x30 cm

100 g wheat flour
50 g butter, room temperature
30 g sugar

150 g butter
100 g sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp cream
200 g wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder

2 eggs
125 g icing sugar
250 g creamy quark
60 g butter, liquid
1 pinch of salt

300 g berries






Preparation:


For the crumble crumble the flour with butter and sugar with your fingers and let it chill in the fridge.

For the dough whisk butter with sugar, gradually add the eggs and whisk again. Add the cream and flour, mixed baking powder, to the dough. Put in a baking pan covered with baking paper.

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until creamy, add quark and butter. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and stir in the quark mixture. Put on the dough and cover with berries.

Sprinkle with cold crumble and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
