2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
150 ml espresso
whipped cream, cocoa powder and waffles for garnish
Prepare 150 ml of espresso and allow to cool slightly. Put vanilla ice cream balls in the ice cream glass and pour over with coffee.
Decorate with whipped cream, cocoa powder and waffles.
In contrast to the Viennese iced coffee Swiss iced coffee is prepared with coffee ice cream and not vanilla ice cream. Black Forest iced coffee (Schwarzwälder Eiskaffee) contains also a good shot of Black Forest kirsch.
